Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had anywhere! At other places, people treat me like I don’t know a thing about my car or what I’m talking about, but the guys at Tier 1 were so respectful and listened to me and what I thought needed to be fixed on my car. They went above and beyond my expectations to get my car fixed and for a low price! I will never take my car anywhere else! Thank you so much, Tier 1!
Got off work, and was tinkering around on my car and a plastic clip holding my transmission throttle valve cable on the throttle lever SNAPPED!! So I called the guys at Tier 1 Imports, (even tho I drive a Jeep!) asked if they could fix it! Brought my car down asap, they took a look at it as soon as I got there and BAM! Fixed!
